Orders placed through the website are done so using a secure payment process. Our servers feature industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.
Shipping
Domestic (US) Orders
We charge a standard flat rate for shipping regardless of order size. All orders are shipped USPS Priority which typically takes 2-3 days within the Continental US. International orders are shipped USPS. We provide customers with tracking numbers for all orders. At this time we are only shipping orders to the billing address of the credit card used for the transaction. This helps protect our customers from fraudulent purchases.
International Orders
We charge a standard flat rate for international shipping to Canada, Mexico, or outlying US territories. Most international orders are shipped Air Parcel Post, which takes aproximately 7-10 days to arrive. International customers will be provided a customs number when their order is shipped.
Backorders
We carry most of the items on our website in stock, however we periodically must backorder items for our customers. If we expect an item to take more than 1 week to arrive from our suppliers we will notify you via email and give you the option to either wait for the backordered item, or cancel your order. You can track the status of your orders through the My Orders page on this website.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of order shipment. Open or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Request a Return Authorization Number.
PMP Warranty
PMP Industries Brand Products carry an limited lifetime warranty. This includes all Hard Parts manufactured by PMP Industries, and does not include products manufactured and branded by 3rd party companies. This warranty covers your products from manufacturers defects, through normal use and wear, for as long as you own the product. If at any time your PMP Industries Product fails, send it back for a replacement. We reserve the right to replace your product with one of equal value in the event the product is not in stock.
Manufacturers Warranty
All products sold by PMP Industries feature a manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise noted). PMP Industries warranties that your order will arrive in operating condition.
