PMP Ships all packages using USPS. Customers have the ability to select the shipping method for their order, based on the order weight and shipment destination.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/delivery confirmation number (if available).

International customers are responsible for knowing the local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of paintball markers and paintball equipment. PMP Industries Inc. is not responsible for prohibited item seizures by the destination country's customs.

This website displays current and accurate inventory status. Products listed as in stock are available to ship immediately. Customers are able to place orders for backordered products. When checking out the customer will be prompted to select their shipping preference for orders with backordered items:

• Ship Complete - Ship only the complete order. With this option the order may be held while it awaits backordered parts
• Ship Available - Ship all available parts, then ship the remaining parts when they become available. With this option the user may receive 2+ shipments for their order. Keep in mind the customer will incur shipping charges for each part of their order.

Most backordered parts will display an estimated delivery date. This is the date we expect to be re-stocked with the backordered product.

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of order shipment. Open, used, or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. You can request a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at info@pmpind.com, or by calling us at 208-651-2456.

PMP Industries Brand Products carry a limited lifetime warranty. This includes all Hard Parts manufactured by PMP Industries, and does not include products manufactured and branded by 3rd party companies or soft goods such as t-shirts and hats that may be susceptible to normal wear. This warranty covers your products from manufacturer's defects, through normal use and wear, for as long as you own the product. If at any time your PMP Industries Product fails, send it back for a replacement. You are responsible for the postage to return the defective part to PMP. We reserve the right to replace your product with one of equal value in the event the product is not in stock or no longer available.

All 3rd party products sold by PMP Industries feature a manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise noted). PMP Industries guarantees that your order will arrive in operating condition. If your product fails review your product documentation for warranty information. In most instances you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturers will require a receipt or proof of purchase to perform warranty work; you can download a copy of your order invoice by logging into your customer account.
